Is Clappy free to use?
Yes, the core features of Clappy, including matching and chatting, are free to use. Some premium features may require in-app purchases.
Who can use Clappy?
Clappy is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We have a strict policy against use by minors.
Privacy & Safety
Is my data safe?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Real-time calls are transmitted over secure channels and are not stored.
How can I report someone?
You can report a user directly from their profile or within the chat screen. Our moderation team reviews all reports.
How do I delete my account?

Technical Support
I'm having trouble with video calls. What should I do?
Ensure you have a stable internet connection and that you've granted the App permission to access your camera and microphone.
The App keeps crashing. Help!
Please ensure you are using the latest version of the App. If the problem persists, try clearing the App cache or reinstalling.
In-App Purchases & Coins
What are Clappy Coins?
Clappy Coins are virtual currency used to unlock premium features within the App, such as sending virtual gifts. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be converted to cash.
How do I purchase Coins?
Coins can be purchased through the Wallet section in the App using Google Play Billing. Your payment is processed securely by Google — we never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund for Coins?
Unused Coins may be eligible for a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Please contact support@zeemato.com with your purchase details. Coins that have already been spent on in-App features are non-refundable.
What happens to my Coins if I delete my account?
Any remaining unused Coin balance is forfeited upon account deletion and cannot be refunded. Please spend or request a refund for your Coins before deleting your account.
