• Audio/Video Content: Audio and video data processed during real-time calls. This data is handled in real-time and is not stored permanently on our servers.
• Communications: Direct messages between users, including text and media attachments. These are stored securely to provide chat history and continuity.

2. Permissions and Device Data

Our App requires specific permissions to function correctly:

• Camera: Required for video calls and uploading profile photos.
• Microphone: Required for audio during video and audio calls.
• Location: Used to show you nearby users for matching. You can disable this in your device settings.
• Storage: Required to save or upload media files like profile pictures.

3. Real-Time Communication (ZegoCloud)

Clapyy utilizes ZegoCloud's infrastructure for secure real-time audio and video interaction. During a call, your audio/video stream is transmitted through ZegoCloud's secure encrypted channels. For more information, please refer to ZegoCloud's privacy policy.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. You can request account deletion at any time through the "Account Settings" in the App. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data are permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain for legal or security reasons.

5. Children's Privacy

Clapyy is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to remove such data and terminate the account.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to enhance Clapyy:

• Google Play Services: For authentication and app distribution.
• Firebase: For crash reporting, analytics, and push notifications.
• Cloudinary: For secure image hosting.
• ZegoCloud: For real-time communication infrastructure.
