Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Creating an account with a false age is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate termination. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you share on Clappy. You agree not to transmit any content that:

• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography
• Depicts or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the exploitation of minors — any such content will be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement immediately
• Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal acts
• Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or promotes hate speech
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distributes viruses, malware, or malicious software
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Is used for commercial solicitation or spam without our consent

Violations may result in immediate and permanent account suspension without notice. We cooperate with law enforcement for illegal content.

3. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

Clappy offers optional in-app purchases, including Clappy Coins (virtual currency used for premium features within the App). The following terms apply to all purchases:

• All purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing. Your payment details are handled by Google — we do not store your card information.
• Clappy Coins are a virtual currency with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.
• Coins are consumed when used for in-App features (such as sending virtual gifts or unlocking premium content) and are non-refundable once used.
• Refunds: Unused Coins may be eligible for a refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting support@zeemato.com. Refund eligibility is subject to Google Play's refund policies. We reserve the right to deny refund requests for misuse.
• Upon account deletion, any remaining unused Coin balance is forfeited and non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to change Coin prices and availability at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Intellectual Property

Zeemato Technologies retains all rights to the Clappy platform, branding, and code. You retain ownership of the content you post or share on Clappy, but you grant Zeemato a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, and transmit such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Clappy integrates third-party technologies including ZegoCloud for real-time communication and Cloudinary for media storage. Your use of these features is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or actions.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, legal requirements, or extended account inactivity. You may also terminate your account at any time through the App settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeemato Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Clappy, interactions with other users, or any third-party content. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email with at least 7 days notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
